    If you have more than one graphics card: When playing the games which graphics card is in use? You also don’t seem to have had any updates since Dec 23, that doesn’t look right as there was a cumulative update last week. Can you check under installed updates to see which is the latest?

    Check for any BIOS, Windows or game updates. I’d run Malwarebytes & ensure scan for root kits is enabled as well as AdwCleaner. Not that I suspect malware.

    Have you changed the power adapter yet? While I doubt malware is the cause you can run Malwarebytes free to see if anything is found. Ensure the drive has a minimum of 20% free space. Have you restarted the pc? If fast startup is enabled then disable this beforehand.

    Safe mode is still available but you’d need to be able to reach the troubleshoot menu or reach the log in screen to access it. If you can still reach the log in screen - hold shift which clicking restart, continue holding shift until you reach the troubleshoot menu.
