KVM - 2 Monitors and 2 laptops

Hey guys, Hoping for some help.

I went for a KVM with my 2 Screen two laptop set up.
Laptop 1 - Lenovo Work laptop
Laptop 2 - Asus VivoBook 16x KVM works fine with Laptop 1 .

Laptop 2 is only detecting one screen(the HDMI directly into Laptop not the HDMI on the USBC > USBA and HDMI Adapter) Both Laptops are linked up to the KVM the exact same. Both are HDMI port for one HDMI and then using a USBC Adapter for the USB A/HMDI Connection. The adapter on Laptop two is picking up the USB(MNK is working) but not the HDMI. IF i swap the Laptop HDMI and HDMi in the Adapter the other screen starts to work but the original one doesn't. I've moved around various HDMI's to rule out Cable fault and the fault doesn't change. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my adapter or if the USB C port on Laptop 2 can do HDMI? Updated BIOS on Laptop 2, plus drivers.
