VGA led light

Hey guys, I was wondering what is going on with my pc which I just finished building. When I boot it up the motherboard displays the red and yellow lights for 5 mins. Then after displays a white VGA led light. I can access the Bios by removing the CMOS battery and re-inserting it but I can't boot up my pc with or without integrated graphics. I have a usb flash drive with windows 11 installed plugged into my motherboard. All of my graphics PCIE cables are plugged in that I am aware of tomorrow I will resit the CPU too see if this helps as I was also having the red led light pop up as well earlier.
