Hi,

So I did most of the OCCT test but when I did the power test the GPU went from 85.59 degrees to 0 before the black screen with all fans going 100%

what could the issue be?

everything is in stock. I haven't done Overclock

Let’s show the complete PC specs using Speccy by Piriform - Get Speccy
Is Speccy safe?

In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Paste that link into your post.
Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so, if a Desktop PC, list the make/model of the PSU.

Let’s also show installed programs using MiniToolBox by FarBar - Get MTB
In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that in a post.

Hi Bruce,

here is the Speccy link:

Cheers,

From Speccy;
  • disconnect the drives except C:\
  • update your F8 BIOS version to the latest F11
  • remove one memory stick and test, if no luck, swap sticks and run just one at a time, also try different mobo slots
  • disable all the scheduled tasks
  • use the McAfee removal tool to uninstall McAfee, then reboot. It can be reinstalled once testing is done.
Try those and see if anything helps.
