pc random freezing after am5 upgrade

recently upgraded to am5 from my am4 ill have specs below ive, been having this random freeze that usually last 1-5 seconds i have only seen it freeze while gaming ive tried reinstalling windows, updating bios, running sfc, driver updates ect happens on multiple games so its not the game . if anyone has any suggestions drop them below thank u

Processor: -AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Motherboard: - Gigabyte X670E Aorus Pro X
Memory: - G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 CL30 64GB
Video Card: - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Founders Edition
Power: - EVGA Supernova 850W


sorry for the quality. freezes around the 5 second mark and its always the same type of monitor freeze then will eventually unfreeze
